Hi .. I find this weird why cant i view the shared album (icloud Photo Sharing) of my iphone on my icloud.com.
I login into icloud and i see only my regular albums not the icloud photo sharing albums or photos

Shared Albums are not stored in "your" iCloud storage space which is what you're viewing from iCloud.com
Not weird at all. They are viewable from any of the OSX/iOS photo apps.

As you have discovered, shared items aren't visible at iCloud.com.
